How do the regulatory bodies in Macedonia, Croatia and Montenegro use the mechanisms of issuing licenses, and with what politics and visions are they taking care of the audiences and their need for various domestic television services which would satisfy the public’s general needs for information, education and entertainment, but also how are they making sure that the specific cultural needs of certain segments of audiences are met, were the main questions that the research team of Macedonian Institute for Media (MIM) dealt with in the last part of the study on the role of regulatory bodies in building up pluralism in the TV sector (about the parts before that one we have already written here and here).
