The specialized portal for media and telecom industry Media daily will again this autumn for the fourth time conduct an independent election for the best regional online news portal in 2021 from 1.11. to 30.11.

In the shortlist of 30 portals from six countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Northern Macedonia), as many as 7 new portals will join this year, with 23 portals shortlisted last year.

The winner of the first three elections was the Slovenian portal 24ur.com, winning a maximum of 60 points last year, 36 from the jury and 24 from the readers who voted in our poll, and a total of more than 23,000 votes were received.

“This election raises the level of quality and mutual comparative evaluation in the market of the region and Europe and raises professional standards,” said the president of the jury and editor-in-chief of Media daily Neven Šantić.
