Gabor Bodiš was born in 1950 in Subotica. He graduated psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. He worked on TV Novi Sad from 1976 to 1991 crossed the path from an apprentice journalist to the chief and responsible editor. He was one of the founders and the first editor-in-chief of weekly Naplo in 1991. He was Radio Liberty Europe (RSE) correspondent in Budapest, 1992-1993. Deputy Director of RSE in the Editorial Office in the South Slavic Languages. From 2005 to 2011 he was director of Duna.
