“Journalists and the media must nurture a culture of speech and ethics, and using uneasy words, even in a symbolic way, continues the practice of generating antipathy toward particular groups in society and misrepresentation in a negative context. Therefore, we will file a complaint with the Audiovisual Media Services Agency, which is responsible for overseeing the work of the broadcasters. Traditional media have a greater responsibility in providing quality information to the public, which excludes manipulation and inappropriate speech, “according to a statement by ZNM and the Media Ethics Council.
